Drive your ambulance through hordes of slow-moving tractors, weaving cyclists, haphazardly abandoned construction signs, and clueless children, making sure to avoid the garlic and harvesting some blood where possible. Beware of your arch-enemy the Pope - he's in a hurry on Pope business and will have no mercy on you. Collect bat power-ups to fly down the road, but make sure you don't run out of blood when up in the air!

Your score is based on your speed so you'd better hit the accelerator! Drive past the mangled coffins of past Counts and add your own by joining the leaderboard.
